Teruko Hwija Kim is a New York and Connecticut State licensed acupuncturist and nationally certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine. Her certifications includes both acupuncture and Chinese herbs. She holds a Master’s of Science in Oriental Medicine from the Southwest Acupuncture College (Santa Fe, NM).  Teruko sensei completed additional training in Japanese (Hari) acupuncture with internationally renowned T. Koei Kuwahara Sensei and Japanese moxibustion with Junzi Mizutani sensei. She is also a specialist in Mai Zen cosmetic Acupuncture.

We provides high-quality, compassionate, and inspiring health care to individuals in the Westchester County area. We use both Japanese and Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities. Japanese meridian therapy is a highly refined form of treatment which addresses the immediate symptoms and root cause of disease.
